Lactation Bites
As a first time mom, I’ve shared my experience and journey thus far with breastfeeding on my Instagram stories and highlights. This is the recipe for the easy, no-bake lactation bites that I eat each day to help increase my milk supply while breastfeeding and give me the much needed energy to keep up with Little Mann. I generally eat an average of 2 bites per day. Feel free to make ingredient substitutions based on your preferences such as almond butter in place of peanut butter, or add in other dried fruits such as cranberries. The lactation bites are easy to make and very convenient for a quick snack….and they’re YUMMY!
